Pedro Pascal, star of The Mandalorian and Game of Thrones, reveals what success means to him

We are finally on our way to 2021, slowly rolling towards the New Year’s Eve. We are amongst the fortunate ones who made it out of the Red Wedding year 2020. That’s something we can all be thankful for. The hopes of a better future await in the sunrise of the coming year. Game of Thrones fans can be sure of one thing though, lots of new shows and movies starring their favourite actors from the epic. Iain Glen, who played the honourable knight Ser Jorah Mormont, was recently seen in the cycling movie The Racer. In an interview with the Independent, the actor talked about how much he loved Ireland.

“Ireland has been very kind to me, maybe because there is something about me that’s not English,” said the actor. “Look, just to p**s you off!” Iain Glen picks up his laptop and points it out the window of his Durban hotel room. “That’s the Indian Ocean.”

Game of Thrones’ Iain Glen expresses his love for Ireland

Iain Glen’s jolly attitude is what makes him so lovable. He went on to talk about how much fun he had while shooting for the Racer. He was happy he didn’t have to do much physically.

Jesus, I know,” Glen explained, “but luckily I was playing the fat git who didn’t have to do anything remotely physical.” He plays Sonny McElhone, team masseur and father figure, and is in no way ‘a fat git’. Glen’s a keen cyclist. He continued, “Yes, I’m very addicted in my own way to cycling. It’s partly London, evading the downside of living in London. So I cycle everywhere, but not like these guys.”
